Y染色体臂间倒位与精子质量相关性分析

摘　　要：目的分析Y染色体臂间倒位与男性精子密度及精子质量关系,探讨其对生育的影响。方法对3164例不孕夫妇中的男性患者进行精液常规检测及外周血染色体核型分析。结果 3164例被检者中Y染色体臂间倒位37例,检出率为1.14%,根据精液分析结果将所有患者分为A精子密度正常组(精子密度≥15×106/m L)和B精子密度低下组(精子密度<15×106/m L),结合核型分析结果发现精子密度正常组中Y染色体臂间倒位14例(检出率0.66%),精子密度低下组检出23例检出率(2.17%),存在显著性差异。A组中Y染色体臂间倒位患者的精子活率、活力显著高于B组,而精子畸形率显著低于B组。结论 Y染色体臂间倒位与精子密度及精子质量存在一定的关联性。Objective：To investigate the correlation between pericentric inversion of chromosome Y and sperm density and functional parameters. Methods：The semen major parameters were measured in 3164 cases of infertile men. Cytogenetic analysis was also performed by periphery blood lymphocyte G-banding staining method. Results：37 cases were positive of pericentric inversion of chromosome Y,which account for 1.14% in the total cases. According to the sperm count results,all the patients were divided into group A（sperm count≥15×10^6/m L）and group B（sperm count15×10^6/m L）. Among the 37 cases,14 and 23 cases were found in group A and B,respectively. The incidence was significantly lower in group A（0.66%）than group B（2.17%）. In addition,sperm motility,a＋b motility in the group A were significantly higher than that in group B,while the abnormal morphological rate in group A were lower than group B. Conclusion：Pericentric inversion of chromosome Y was associated with sperm density and infertility.
