摘  要:目的分析早期胚胎停止发育的相关性指标,为尽早预防提供科学依据。方法收集来我院就诊的早期胚胎停止发育的孕妇120例为研究对象,设为研究组,并采用同期来我院进行产前诊断的胚胎发育正常的100例孕妇为健康对照组。对两组孕妇均进行流行病学的《孕妇基本情况问卷调查》,对所有孕妇的年龄、学历、收入、生活习惯等基本情况,以及血清E2、血糖、甲功指标水平等可能与胚胎停止发育相关的因素进行调查,并运用SPSS21.0软件进行t检验、χ2检验和Logistic回归对相关因素进行统计学分析。结果两组之间的年龄、学历与收入并不存在显著的统计学差异(P>0.05),而使用辐射性电器的时间、睡眠不足6 h/d这两项因素与胚胎停止发育的发生率相关,两组间差异显著(P<0.05);研究组患者的血清E2水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05),空腹血糖值明显高于对照组(P<0.05),此外两组甲功指标T3、T4、FT3、FT4水平相比均存在统计学差异(P<0.05);经过Logistic回归分析,使用辐射性电器时间>6h、睡眠<6h/d、血清E2水平降低、空腹血糖值升高、甲功指标T3和FT3水平降低、T4和FT4水平升高均是早期胚胎停止发育的危险因素。结论孕妇熬夜、接触电离辐射等不良生活习惯均与早期胚胎停止发育相关,血清E2、血糖和甲状腺功能异常对于妊娠早期胚胎停止发育也存在相关性,具有一定的诊断临床价值。Objective:To analyze the correlation index of early embryo development and provide scientific basis for early prevention. Methods:120 pregnant women who were admitted to our hospital for early embryo development were selected as the study group and 100 pregnant women with normal embryos of prenatal diagnosis were selected as the study group. The two groups of pregnant women were epidemiological "pregnant women basic situation questionnaire". The basic situation of all pregnant women's age,education,income,living habits and other factors,as well as serum E2,blood glucose,thyroid function indicators may be related to the development of embryos related factors to investigate,and SPSS21.0 software for t test,χ^2 test and Logistic regression on the relevant factors for statistical analysis. Results:There was no significant difference in age,education and income between the two groups(P〉0.05),while the use of radiological appliances,sleep less than 6 h/d and the two factors of embryonic development(P〈0.05). The serum E2 level in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P〈0.05),and the fasting blood glucose level was significantly higher than that of the control group(P〈0.05).In addition,there were statistically significant differences in the levels of T3,T4,FT3 and FT4 between the two groups(P〈0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that use of radioactive electrical time〉6 h,Slee 〈P6 h/d,serum E2 levels decreased,fasting blood glucose levels,T3 and FT3 levels decreased,T4 and FT4 levels increased are early embryonic development risk factor. Conclusion:The bad habits like pregnant women stay up all night and exposure to ionizing radiation are related to the early development of embryos. Serum E2,blood glucose and thyroid dysfunction for early pregnancy embryonic development is also related,with a certain diagnostic value.
