摘 要:目的研究石吊兰不同极性提取物的止咳化痰作用。方法采用浓氨水、二氧化硫和枸橼酸引咳法评价提取物的止咳作用;采用酚红排泌法评价提取物的祛痰作用。结果除石油醚和30%乙醇洗脱部分外,其余4种提取物均能有效抑制由浓氨水引发的小鼠咳嗽;乙酸乙酯、30%乙醇、60%乙醇洗脱部位可显著抑制由二氧化硫引发的小鼠咳嗽;乙酸乙酯、水层和60%乙醇洗脱部分在枸橼酸引咳试验中表现出显著的止咳效果。石油醚和乙酸乙酯提取物均可显著增加小鼠气管的酚红含量。结论石吊兰的乙酸乙酯提取物是其止咳化痰作用的活性部位,60%乙醇洗脱部位也具有较好的止咳化痰作用。OBJECTIVE To investigate the antitussive and expectorant effects of the different extracts of Lysionotus pauciflorus.METHODS The antitussive effect was evaluated by the cough induced by ammonia solutions,sulfur dioxide and citric acid in mice and citric acid in guinea pig,while expectorant effect was estimated by phenol red excretion model in mice. RESULTS In addition to petroleum ether and 30% ethanol elution part,four rest extracts could effectively inhibit the cough induced by ammonia water,while ethyl acetate,30% ethanol and 60% ethanol elution parts could significantly inhibit the cough induced by sulfur dioxide. Ethyl acetate,water and 60% ethanol elution part showed significant antitussive effects on the cough induced by citric acid in guinea pig. Furthermore,petroleum ether and ethyl acetate parts significantly increased the phenol red excretion in mice. CONCLUSION The ethyl acetate part is the active part of L. pauciflorus,while the 60% ethanol elution part also presents potent antitussive and expectorant activity.
