摘 要:目的建立乌蕨地上部分的质量标准。方法采用TLC进行定性;依据2015版《中国药典》四部中的方法对乌蕨进行水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、醇溶性浸出物的检查;采用HPLC测定乌蕨中原儿茶酸、荭草苷的含量。结果 TLC鉴别方法的专属性强,10批样品的水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、醇溶性浸出物的平均值分别为10. 63%、5. 14%、1. 19%、34. 80%;24批样品中原儿茶酸、荭草苷含量的平均值分别为0. 198%、0. 238%。结论所用方法结果准确、重复性、稳定性好,可作为乌蕨的质量控制方法。OBJECTIVE To establish a quality control standard of Stenoloma chusanum( L.) Ching. METHODS TLC was applied to identify the samples. The methods in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia( 2015 edition) were adopted for the determination of moisture,total ash,acid insoluble ash and alcohol soluble extractives. HPLC was employed to determine the content of protocatechuie acid and orientin in S. chusanum. RESULTS TLC identification had strong specificity. For 10 batches of S. chusanum,the average moisture,average total ash,average acid insoluble ash and average alcohol soluble extractives were 10. 63%,5. 14%,1. 19% and34. 80%,respectively. For 24 batches of S. chusanum,the average content of protocatechuie acid and orientin were 0. 198% and0. 238%. CONCLUSION The method is simple and reproducible,and can be used as a quality control method for S. chusanum.
