摘 要:针对首钢京唐转炉出钢温度较高的问题进行了研究,结果表明通过钢包加盖、提高铸机拉速、缩短转炉冶炼周期和控制冶炼节奏等,可以降低转炉出钢温度。工艺优化后汽车板IF钢出钢温度从1 688℃降低至1 655℃,转炉低温出钢降低提温剂Fe Si消耗,可节约炼钢生产成本8. 3元/t。The problem of high tapping temperature of converter in ShouGang JingTang United Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. was investigated. The results showed that the BOF tapping temperature was reduced by covering the ladle, increasing casting speed, shortening the converter smelting cycle and controlling the smelting rhythm. After the process optimization, the tapping temperature of the IF steel of the automobile plate was reduced from 1 688℃ to 1 655℃, and the consumption of the temperature agent FeSi was reduced, which saved 8.3 yuan/t of the cost of steelmaking production.
