摘  要:结合唐钢FTSC薄板坯连铸机漏斗型结晶器的技术特点,优化了结晶器铜板内腔形状,在窄面铜板上采用了陶瓷镀层技术,解决了窄面铜板磨损过快的问题,保证了结晶器窄面角部区域的锥度稳定,实现了结晶器内腔形状的保持。在此基础上研究了宽面漏斗形状和窄面形状组成的结晶器内腔形状和钢种凝固收缩特性的匹配规律,以及对不同钢种表面纵裂的影响,研究发现长漏斗宽面+多锥度窄面适合生产中碳类钢种,小漏斗宽面+单锥度窄面适合生产低碳类钢种。Combined with the technical characteristics of funnel shaped mould of FTSC thin slab caster in Tangsteel, the cavity shape of mould copper plate is optimized, the ceramic coating technology is used on narrowface copper plate,and the problem of the too fast wear of narrowface copper plate is solved, the mould taper stability is ensured at narrow face corner area,and the mould cavity shape is maintained. On this basis, the matching rule of the mould cavity shape and steel solidification shrinkage properties is researched, and the influence on the surface longitudinal crack of different steel grade is also studied, the results showed that long funnel broadface + multi taper narrowface is suitable for the production of middle carbon steel, and small funnel broadface + single taper narrowface is suitable for the production of low carbon steel.
