摘 要:采用"高精度自动化预烧温控系统"进行铁氧体永磁磁粉的预烧控制,可实现五段十五点温度检测及远程自动化温、压控制。与传统预烧系统相比,该系统温度精度提高50%,达到±5℃,预烧温度标准偏差由3.96℃降低为1.19℃,温控准确性提高70%。采用该系统生产12系列铁氧体预烧料,产品预烧性能明显提高,剩磁Br平均值提高1.71mT,内禀矫顽力Hcj平均值提高9.56kA/m。各项预烧后磁特性指标的稳定性大幅提高,剩磁Br标准偏差降低61.56%,内禀矫顽力Hcj标准偏差降低37.18%。High-precision automatic pre-sintered temperature control system can realize pre-sintered five-section 15-point temperature measurement.The system can realize remote automatic temperature control and pressure control.Compared with the traditional pre-sintered system,the temperature accuracy of the system is increased by 50%to5℃.Standard deviation of pre-sintered temperature reduced from 3.96℃to 1.19℃.Accuracy of temperature control increased by 70%.Production of 12 series ferrite pre-sintered powder by the system.The performance of the ferrite pre-sintered powder is obviously improved.The average value of remanent magnetic Brincreased by 1.71 mT.The average value of intrinsic coercive force Hcjincreased by 9.56 kA/m.The stability of each magnetic characteristic index is greatly improved.The standard deviation of residual magnetic Bris reduced by 61.56%.The standard deviation of intrinsic coercive force Hcjis reduced by 37.18%.
