《黄帝内经》“少阳脉至,乍数乍疏”新议

摘　　要：通过考证《素问·平人气象论》"少阳脉至,乍数乍疏"的文献,认为"少阳"是后天脾胃之气萌发之初,"乍数乍疏"是少阳时期脉律的生理性变异。区别于《黄帝内经》(以下简称《内经》)中病理性脉律不齐,"少阳脉至"应具有从容和缓的特点。与病理性与西医呼吸性窦性心律不齐(RSA)进行比较,发现二者非常相似,年龄均多见30岁以下、常兼窦性心律过缓、均为生理性变异。据此推断《内经》中"少阳脉至,乍数乍疏"是有关平脉脉律生理性歇止的论述,可能也是中医对RSA的最早描述。Learned the notes of＂Shaoyang pulse is either rapid or slow ＂ from Plain Questions,we found that＂shaoyang＂is the initial characteristic of acquired Qi of spleen and stomach,＂Rapid or slow＂is a physiological variation in Shaoyang period. ＂Shaoyang pulse＂is physiological performance of pulse rhythm,shows the similarity in bellow thirty,combining sinus bradycardia, with Respiratory Sinus Arrhythmia（ RSA）, which has great difference from irregular pathological pulse. It consequently inferred that＂Shaoyang pulse＂is the earliest Chinese discussion of RSA which extends definition of normal pulse.
