摘　　要：目的:对《傅青主女科》调经方药的用药特点、归经趋向、对内分泌轴的影响进行分析。方法:深入进行文献研究,建立调经方药数据库,以SPSS22.0统计软件进行统计分析。结果:经研究发现,傅氏调经方药药性平和,以补益药为主,以调补肝脾肾三脏为月经病的治疗大法;方药归经不同,对内分泌轴具有不同选择性调节,主要有降低T,增高E2、P,促排卵以及缓解子宫平滑肌痉挛等作用。结论:傅氏调经方药通过调理肝脾肾功能,起到对内分泌轴的调节作用,并对女性内分泌轴调节有一定的选择性。Objective： To analyze the characteristics of the regulating menstruation of FU Qing Zhu Nv Ke,the Channel tropism and the influence of the endocrine axis. Methods： The literature research was carried out and the statistical analysis of SPSS22. 0 statistical software was established. Results： According to the study,Fu＇s prescription was mild,and it was mainly used as a tonic medicine to improve the treatment of the liver,spleen and kidny. In different ways,the treatment of the endocrine axis has different selectivity regulation,which can mainly reduce T,increase E2,P,promote ovulation,and relieve uterine smooth muscle spasm. Conclusion： FU＇ s modulation can regulate the endocrine axis by regulating the function of liver,spleen and kidny,and the regulation of female endocrine axis is selective.
