桃仁膝康丸基于“温”“消”“补”治疗骨性关节炎的组方分析

摘　　要：目的:桃仁膝康丸作为医院制剂应用于骨性关节炎的治疗,经多年临床实践表明对膝关节骨性关节炎有显著疗效,故探讨桃仁膝康丸的组方特点,为更明确地了解桃仁膝康丸的临床应用奠定理论基础。方法:本文在中医理论的指导下,结合君臣佐使的组方原则对方中14味药进行功效分析。结果:桃仁膝康丸组方合理精当,选药简约质朴,为融合"温""消""补"为一体的中药复方,该复方在用药功效上突出祛风除湿、补益肝肾的功效,活血化瘀贯彻始终。结论:桃仁膝康丸体现了治本为主、标本兼治的中医治疗原则,效果明显,值得临床在治疗骨性关节炎方面进一步推广应用。0 bjective： ： Taoren Xikang pill is a hospital preparation,which is mainly used to treat osteoarthritis. After many years of clinical practice,Taoren Xikang pill has been proved to have significant curative effect on knee osteoarthritis.This article mainly discusses the characteristics of Taoren Xikang pill,which lays a theoretical foundation for the clinical application of Taoren Xikang pill. Method： Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and the principle of Monarch,minister,assistant and guide. We analyzed the efficacy of 14 drugs in the prescription. Result： Taoren Xikang pill is reasonable in composition and simplified in medicinal materials. it integrates ＂warm＂,＂elimination＂and ＂repair＂into a whole. The prescription highlights the efficacy of dispelling rheumatism,tonifying liver and kidney,and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. Conclusion： Taoren Xikang pill embodies the principle of traditional Chinese medicine,which focuses on the root causes and treats both the symptoms and root causes,it has obvious effect and is worthy of further promotion and application in the treatment of osteoarthritis in clinic.
