摘  要:研究了不同颗粒形貌的钨粉经同一设备配炭后钨粉与炭黑的混合均匀性,以及后续碳化钨粉的质量。结果表明:钨粉的颗粒形貌对配炭后W+C混合料的均匀性影响较大,分散颗粒的钨粉与炭黑混合更均匀,生产的碳化钨粉中游离碳和W_2C的含量更低。Mixing Uniformity of tungsten powders and carbon black after carbon blending for tungsten pow- ders with different particle morphology in the same equipment was studied as well as the quality of subse- quent tungsten carbide powders. The results show that the particle morphology of tungsten powders has a great effect on the uniformity of the W+C mixture after carbon blending. The tungsten powder with dis- perse particles is more uniformly mixed with carbon black,and the produced tungsten carbide powder has a lower content of free carbon and W2C.
