摘  要:针对淮南矿区开采深度大、构造应力高、地质构造复杂、围岩松软等条件下的煤巷支护难题,系统研究了深部煤巷围岩变形破坏机制,提出帮部在垂直压剪和横向顶拉作用下产生"〈"或"ㄟ"形破坏;底板在两帮压膜效应和远场应力挤压下产生塑性流动,呈"凸"形破坏;顶板在垂直压应力下产生张拉导致顶板岩层破断或失锚,发生""形破坏。在此基础上提出"合理巷道设计源头让压、高预紧力改善应力状态、强化表面支护协调变形、围岩注浆提高承载能力、补强短板形成支护整体"煤巷支护方法、"地质-矿压"信息动态支护设计方法以及支护质量控制体系,形成深部煤巷成套支护技术。工程实践证明,该技术能有效控制深部煤巷的变形破坏,提高支护效能,有助于实现安全经济支护。Aiming at the support problem of deep coal roadway under relatively large mining depth,high tectonic stress,complex geological structure and soft surrounding rock in Huainan Mining Area,the deformation and failure mechanism of surrounding rock is studied systematically. "〈"or"ㄟ"shape failure occurs at roadway side under the action of vertical compression shear and transverse top tension,"凸"shape failure occurs at roadway floor under the compression effect of the two sides and the compression of the far field stress,and" "shape failure occurs at roadway roof because of the roof rock layer breaking or losing anchor under the vertical compression stress. On this basis,a coal roadway support method is put forward,using reasonable roadway design to avoid ground pressure,high pretension support to improve stress state,strengthened surface support to coordinate the deformation,and surrounding rock grouting to enhance the bearing capacity and reinforce the weak part so as to form supporting integrity. The geology-rock pressure information dynamic support design method and supporting quality control system are also used to establish a complete support system of deep coal roadway. The engineering practice shows that the technology can effectively control the deformation and failure of deep coal roadway,improve the support efficiency,and help to realize safe and economic support.
