摘 要:为保证气化过程的安全性,防止炉内有毒有害气体沿巷道围岩裂隙扩散至炉外,根据超高水材料基本性能,提出了一种巷道充填工艺。该工艺首先在巷道封闭之前,在充填巷道顶板的最大标高处位置铺设一根辅助充填管和一根排气管,并将其延伸至密闭之外;而后在巷道充填段端部构筑密闭墙,并将充填混合管与辅助充填管相连接;最后在充填准备工作完成后,将混合浆液灌入充填巷道内,并当排气管内有连续浆液排出后,结束充填工作。利用所设计巷道充填工艺对山脚树矿气化项目中炉内部分巷道进行了充填,结果表明:巷道充填率在91%以上,超高水材料的强流动性能满足巷道充填要求;巷道坡度的存在有利于充填浆液的流动,也有利于充填率的提高;每条充填巷道中仅预留一条排气管,充填巷道中有可能有空气在巷道内聚集。此外,对充填过程中遇到充填胶管炸裂、注浆泵频繁启停和料浆出现沉淀问题的原因进行了分析,并给出了对应的改进措施。In order to prevent the toxic and harmful gas from spreading to the outside of the gasifier through surrounding rock fractures,and ensure the safety of the gasification process,a roadway filling process was presented based on the basic properties of super high-water material. Firstly,an auxiliary filling pipe and an exhaust pipe were laid out at the maximum elevation of filling roadway roof and extended to the outside of the airtight wall before the roadway was sealed. Then,the airtight wall is constructed at the end of the tunnel,and the filling pipe is connected with the auxiliary filling pipe.Finally,the mixed slurry was poured into the roadway after the filling preparation work was completed,and the filling operation was finished when the mixed slurry was flowed out from the exhaust pipe continuously. The process was used to fill some roadways of gasifier in Shanjiaoshu UCG program. The results show that the filling rate is over 91%,which means the strong fluidity of super high-water material meets the requirement of roadway filling; the existence of roadway slope is conducive to the flow of filling slurry,which can improve the filling rate; there is only one exhaust pipe in each of the filling roadways,and the air could gather in the top of roadways. In addition,the reasons for the burst of filling pipe,frequent start and stop of injection pump,and the precipitation of the slurry occurring in the filling process are analyzed,and the corresponding improvement measures are given.
