摘  要:针对高突煤层综采工作面尘源多、粉尘浓度高、风速大的问题,提出了分源治理、防降结合的思路,研究设计了由煤层注水、采煤机尘源跟踪喷雾、移架自动喷雾、钻孔泡沫除尘、回风巷尘控自动喷雾等组成的综采面立体式防降尘技术方案,并在平煤八矿戊9. 10-21050综采工作面进行现场应用。结果表明,该立体化防降尘技术对割煤、移架、打钻、转载等作业点的全尘、呼尘的降尘效率分别达到80%~88%、79%~86%,实现了高突煤层综采面粉尘的分源有效治理。Aiming at the problems of multiple-dust source, high dust concentration and high wind speed in fully mechanized face of high gas and outburst coal seam,we put forward the idea of separate control for different dust sources and combination of prevention and reduction. Taking the E9.10-21050 coal face as the research object,a three-dimensional dust suppression technique for fully mechanized mining face was designed,which was mainly consisted of coal seam water injection,coal dust source tracking spray,moving frame automatic spraying,drilling foam dedusting,return air dust control and automatic spray. And a field application was carried out in E9.10-21050 coal face. The results show that,with the application of the three-dimensional dust control technology,the total dust was reduced by 80% ~ 88%,and the respirable dust was reduced by 79% ~ 86%,at the operation site of coal cutting,support moving,drilling,transshipment and etc. The effective dust control was realized in fully mechanized coal mining face in high gas and outburst coal seam.
