摘　　要：结合工程实例介绍管片预制自动化生产线在提高产能时的优化与创新，全面总结了自动化生产线的一些局限性和优缺点，并通过技术优化和创新改造等手段达到生产线的最佳状态，旨在对今后类似的管片自动化生产线起到借鉴作用。This paper introduces the optimization and innovation of the automatic production line for segment prefabrication in terms of engineering examples, and summarizes some limitations, advantages and disadvantages of the automatic production line in an allround way.The optimal condition of the production line is achieved by means of technological optimization and innovation, which is intended to be a reference for similar automatic segment production lines in the future.
