摘 要:文章研究了超声波、芬顿试剂耦合叶腊石对生物乙醇厌氧消化污泥脱水性能的影响。以离心沉降比和滤饼含水率为评价指标进行单因素实验,得出单因素影响脱水性能的最佳范围,然后以响应曲面优化法(RSM)为依据的Box-Behnken多因素实验,建立了离心沉降比和滤饼含水率二次多项预测模型,得到耦合处理的最佳处理参数。结果表明,耦合处理能明显提高污泥脱水性能,超声波、芬顿试剂和叶腊石的最佳处理值分别为30 s、2 mg/g和0.3 g/m L,此时污泥离心沉降比和滤饼含水率的减少率分别取得最大值53%和74%,验证实验结果表明:离心沉降比减少率为(54.32±0.45)%,滤饼含水率为(74.23±0.32)%,与模型预测值基本吻合。电镜图片和热重分析也证实污泥脱水性能的改善。Aiming to improving dewaterability of anaerobic digested sludge from bioethanol production, this experimental study focused on a process of ultrasound/Fenton reagent coupling pyrophyllite. Firstly, the experiment was conducted to obtain a range of optimized values through the single factor test, in which the centrifugal settling ratio(CSR) and water content(WC) of sludge cake were regarded as evaluation index; secondly, on the basis of the RSM(response surface method) BoxBehnken multi-factor experiment was conducted to set up the quadratic polynomial predication model of CSR and WC, and then the optimum coupling parameters for dewaterability were acquired. Consequently, the experiment showed that the process of ultrasound/Fenton reagent coupling pyrophyllite could remarkably upgrade the sludge dewaterability, and under the optimized condition CSR of 53% and WC of 74% could be achieved: the optimized value for ultrasound was 30 s, and dosages of Fenton reagent and pyrophyllite were 2 mg/g and 0.3 g/m L, respectively. Additionally, the verification test conducted showed that the values obtained by the experiment(CSR decrement rate:(54.32±0.45)%, WC:(74.23±0.32)%) were coincided with the predicted values by the model.
