The Relationship between Ozone and Precursors in Northeast Guangdong

摘  要:选取梅州为粤东北地区代表城市,使用高阶去耦合直接法(High-order Decoupled Direct Method,HDDM)开展臭氧与前体物关系研究。一阶敏感性系数表明,在夏季,减少省外VOCs或NOx排放对梅州的臭氧污染控制都有利,梅州本地VOC排放的减少有利于降低臭氧浓度,但NOx的减排反而会加重臭氧污染水平,而省内其它城市排放的变化在大部分时候对梅州影响轻微。秋季,梅州本地的排放对梅州的臭氧影响最大,其次是外省的排放,广东省其它城市的影响轻微,减少省外或梅州市本地VOCs排放对梅州的臭氧污染控制都有利,省外NOx排放的减少在个别时候有利于降低臭氧浓度,个别时候会加重梅州臭氧污染,但梅州本地NOx的减排会加重臭氧污染水平。考虑二阶敏感性系数的臭氧与前体物排放变化曲线表明,粤东北地区的臭氧与外省前体物的排放或广东省其它城市前体物的排放呈现出高度的非线性关系。而梅州本地臭氧前体物的排放变化与臭氧浓度变化的关系较为线性。建议粤东北地区尽可能减少本地排放的VOCs以减轻臭氧的污染水平。The high-order decoupled direct method(HDDM) was applied to investigate the relationship between ozone and precursors in Meizhou, a representative city of northeast Guangdong Province. The first order sensitivity coefficient showed that, in summer, reduction of VOCs or NO_x emissions outside Guangdong Province was beneficial to the control of ozone pollution in Meizhou. The reduction of local VOC emissions in Meizhou helped to reduce the ozone concentration, but the emission reduction of NOx was the opposite. Changes in emissions from other cities in Guangdong had little impact on Meizhou in most of the time. In autumn, the local precursors' emission had the greatest effect on ozone production of Meizhou, followed by emissions outside the Guangdong Province. The emissions from other surrounding cities in Guangdong still had slight influence on Meizhou. As in summer, reducing local or other provinces' VOCs emissions could be beneficial for ozone pollution control. But it was different for reducing NO_x emissions from other provinces, sometimes it might be beneficial for ozone pollution, while sometimes it could accentuate the ozone pollution. And it surely accentuated the ozone pollution when reducing the local NO_x emissions. The variation curves of ozone and precursor emissions which considered the second order sensitivitycoefficient showed that, there is a high degree of nonlinear relationship between ozone concentration of northeast Guangdong and the precursors' emission from other provinces or other cities in Guangdong. The change of local ozone precursors' emission in Meizhou had a linear relationship with the change of ozone concentration. It is suggested reducing the local VOCs emission to ease ozone pollution in the northeast Guangdong.
