摘 要:航空器排放清单的计算是评价航空器对环境影响,国家制定航空减排政策的基础和依据,对环境管理及科学研究具有重要意义。对ICAO、美国、欧洲及其他的航空器排放清单计算方法进行对比分析。结果表明:ICAO方法已形成相对完备的体系,可根据数据或研究目的选择不同的计算方法。美国EPA方法可以建立混合层高度与航空器排放之间的联系,有助于理解气象条件与排放量之间的相互关系。欧洲EMEP方法考虑排放与燃料消耗、航程的关系,可从燃料消耗与排放角度为航空公司的运输规划提供指导。其他各种方法提供了便捷高效的研究平台。可以借鉴先进经验,构建中国系统化、层次化的航空器排放清单计算方法系统。同时需要加强标准化、本地化数据库和实测工作的开展,提高计算方法的精确性。The calculation of aircrafts emissions inventory is the foundation and basis of evaluating environmental influence due to aircrafts and making emissions mitigation policy in aviation field, which is significant to environment management and scientific research. The ICAO's, the United States', the European's and other calculation methods of aircraft emission inventory were discussed. The results show that the ICAO's method has formed a complete system, and different methods can be chosen according to used data or research purposes. The United States' EPA method establishes the connection between the atmospheric mixing layer height and aircraft emissions, which helps to understand the relationship between meteorological conditions and emissions of atmospheric pollutants. The European EMEP method considers the relationship between emissions, fuel consumption and range, which provides guidance for airlines' transportation planning from both fuel consumption and pollutant emissions perspectives. Other methods provide convenient and efficient research platforms. Based on the advanced experience, we can build our own systematical and hierarchical calculation system of aircraft emission inventory. At the same time,in order to improve the accuracy of algorithms, it is necessary for us to strength standardization and localization of database, as well as field monitoring.
