摘　　要：桃江县自2005年实施农村饮水安全项目以来,农饮安全问题得到较大解决,但一些地方农饮安全成果不够牢固,在水量和水质保障、长效运行等方面还存在薄弱环节。为了让农民群众早日喝上安全水、放心水,提出科学规划项目、推进城乡供水、加强运行管理等建议。Since the implementation of the rural drinking water safety project in Taojiang in 2005, the drinking water safety in local rural areas has been greatly improved. However, in some places, the progress is still weak, and problems including water quantity, water quality protection, and long-term mechanism still remain unsolved. In this paper, the authors put forward their suggestion in terms of scientific planning of projects, promotion of urban and rural water supply, and improvement of operation management.
