摘 要:针对吉林电网新能源装机容量已超过6 000 MW,必须对新能源协调控制、克服新能源发电随机性和间歇性、保证电网频率及联络线控制、提高新能源消纳水平的现状,提出一种采用多时间尺度、多控制目标的电源协调控制策略,在保证安全约束的前提下最大化新能源消纳空间,分别以消除输电断面越限、控制联络线功率偏差为目标,实现风电与光伏电源间的协调控制。该方法已在吉林电网投入运行,结果验证了策略的有效性。The new energy installed capacity of J ilin Power Grid has exceeded 6 000 MW. Realizing the coordinated control of new energy is of great significance to overcome the randomness and intermittency of new energy genera tion, ensure the control of power grid frequency and contact line and improve the level of new energy consumption. In this paper, a coordinated control strategy of power supply with multi time scale and multi control target is pro- posed, which maximizes the new energy dissipation space under the guarantee of security constraints, and the coor- dinated control between wind power and the photovoltaic power source can be achieved by eliminating the transmis sion cross section and controlling the power deviation of the contact line. The system developed based on this control strategy has been put into operation in Jilin Power Grid. The actual operation results verify the effectiveness of the strategy.
