摘 要:目的:了解安徽省县域医共体运行现状,为完善县域医共体政策提供参考。方法:采用定量与定性结合的方法,收集样本县医共体中双向转诊、县域检验检查中心、家庭医生签约、医师多点执业方面的数据。结果:医共体促进了双向转诊,但下转阻力仍大,县域检验检查中心及医师多点执业运行不畅、家庭医生签约制度实施难度较大。结论:需完善双向转诊激励机制、积极推进县域检验检查中心建设、稳步推进家庭医生签约、鼓励医师多点执业。To understand the current operation status of medical community in Anhui Province and provide reference for improving county medical community policy. Methods The article used a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods to collect data on the two - way referral of the county medical community, county inspection and inspection centers, family doctor signing, and multi -point practice. Results It was found that the medical community promoted the two -way referral, but the resistance to downward rotation was still high, the operation of county inspection centers and multi - point practice was not smooth, and the family doctor contracting system was difficult to implement. Conclusion The next step is to perfect two - way referral incentive mechanism, actively promote the establishment of a county inspection and inspection center, steadily promote the signing of family doctors, and encourage doctors to practice more.
