摘  要:用复凝聚法制备以壳聚糖和海藻酸钠为囊壁、以焦酚为囊芯的缓释微囊,研究微囊形态、色泽及包埋率等指标来探究囊壁配比、囊芯浓度(1、2、3、4、5 mg/mL)和DMSO含量(17%、29%、38%、44%、50%)对焦酚缓释微囊制备的影响,以优化焦酚缓释微囊制备工艺。结果显示,壳聚糖与海藻酸钠复凝聚反应最佳含量比例为1:2;囊芯浓度为3 mg/mL焦酚缓释微囊呈球形,大小均匀,包埋率为51.56%,当助溶剂DMSO含量为17%时,包埋率达到93.35%,微囊大小均匀呈球形,色泽晶莹透亮。With chitosan and sodium alginate as capsule material, pyrogallol as capsule core, sustained release microcapsules were prepared by complex coacervation method. The effects of the capsule material ratio, the concentration of capsule core(1, 2, 3, 4, 5 mg/mL) and DMSO content(17%、29%、38%、44%、50%) on the characteristics of pyrogallol sustained-release microcapsule, i.e. the microcapsule form,microcapsule color and the embedding rate, were investigated to optimize its preparation process. According to the results of the experiment, the optimal concentration ratio of chitosan and sodium alginate was 1:2. When the concentration of pyrogallol was 3 mg/mL, the microcapsules were spherical and uniform in size, the embedding rate of pyrogallol was 51.56 %.When DMSO content was 17%, the embedding rate of pyrogallol was 93.35% and the size of the microcapsules was uniformly spherical, and the color was glittering and translucent and bright.
