摘　　要：根据客户需要,青岛特钢采用LD转炉→LF精炼炉→RH真空脱气→CC连铸→轧制工艺开发生产了出口用S355J0低合金高强度结构圆钢。产品实物质量表明,其产品化学成分满足客户协议要求,同时氧氮氢含量较低,钢质纯净,奥氏体晶粒度≮5级,表面质量较好,其尺寸、夹杂物、低倍、拉伸性能、冲击性能和表面硬度指标均满足客户协议要求。According to customer needs,S355J0 high strength low alloy structural steel for exporting to European was developed and produced adopting the process route of LD→LF→RH→GC→rolling by Qingdao Steel. The product quality showed the chemical composition of S355J0 satisfied the requirements of customer agreement, at the same time the O/N/H contents were comparatively low. The quality ofS355J0 steel was pure and the austenite grain size was not less than grade 5 which was comparatively finer and the surface quality of S355J0 round bar was good. And the size. non-metallic inclusion.macrostructure, tensile property, impact property and surface hardness all met the requirements of customer agreement. The quality ofS355J0 round bar was fully qualified and the customer feedback the use ofS355J0 round bar was good.
