摘　　要：本文通过构建远洋渔业企业生产经营模型，基于微观视角揭示了远洋渔业资源高效开发行为的内在均衡规律。比较静态分析结果表明，远洋渔业资源的高效开发不仅需要使用高品质远洋捕捞物资和先进的科学技术，而且需要树立市场化的经营理念和使用现代化的管理手段。加大远洋捕捞物资研发投入、提升远洋捕捞微观操作技能、提高远洋渔船冷链加工装备水平、构建便捷高效的远洋信息沟通机制、培育现代化的远洋渔业龙头企业、拓展和谐共享的远洋渔业国际合作关系，是有效推进蓝色粮仓建设框架下远洋渔业资源高效开发措施的理性选择。This paper reveals the inherent equilibrium law of pelagic fishery resource exploitation activities efficiently by constructing pelagic fishery enterprise operation model based on the microscopic perspective. The result of comparative static analysis shows that the efficient exploitation of pelagic fishery resource not only requires the use scientific technology, modern management enhancing the pelagic of the high-quality of offshore fishing supplies and advanced but also needs market-oriented business philosophy and tools. Increasing pelagic fishing supplies 1LSd） investment, fishing operation skills, improving the cold-chain processing equipment level of pelagic fishing vessels, building the convenient and efficient ocean information communication mechanism, cultivating modern pelagic fishing leading enterprises and expanding the harmonious sharing relationship of the pelagic fishery international cooperation are the exploitation of pelagic fishery resource construction.
