摘　　要：中国海洋文化产业蓬勃发展的态势，提升了海洋文化产业在整个海洋经济结构中的地位。发展海洋文化产业，是支撑国家文化产业和国家海洋事业发展的重要举措。因此，为实现中国海洋文化产业的稳步提升，我们需要在回顾中国海洋文化产业的发展历程的基础上，进一步阐明中国发展海洋文化产业的重要意义，研判中国海洋文化产业的发展趋势。本文通过历史和现实两个维度，厘清中国海洋文化产业的基本内涵，理顺中国海洋文化产业的发展理路，指明中国海洋文化产业当前存在的具体问题和发展趋势，以期获得对中国海洋文化产业发展历史、现状、未来的准确认识。The rapid development of China＇s Marine culture industry, promote the Marine culture industry in the position in the whole structure of marine economy, Marine culture industry development, has become one of the important requirements of countries to carry out the strategy of sea power, also support the national cultural industry and the important measure of national marine development. Therefore, in order to realize the stable improvement of China＇s Marine culture industry, we need to review the development process of China＇s Marine culture industry, on the basis of further clarify the significance of the development of Marine culture industry in China, analysis the development trend of China＇s Marine culture industry. Two dimensions through the history and reality, this paper clarify the basic connotation of China＇s Marine culture industry, straighten out the development of China＇s Marine culture industry understanding, indicate the specific problems of the current China＇s Marine culture industry and developing trend, in order to get to China＇s Marine culture industry development history, the present situation, the accurate understanding of the future.
