摘  要:筏架结构对浮筏隔振系统隔振性能具有重要意义,桁架结构因其良好的隔振性能,在筏架结构设计中有着广泛的应用。通过对不同长度杆件进行振动分析,得到了杆件长度对振动传递的影响规律。在此基础上,提出一种螺旋杆桁架结构,并对其进行了振动传递分析和结构优化设计。最后,设计了一种螺旋杆桁架式筏架,并进行振动传递的仿真分析和实验研究。结果表明,螺旋杆桁架式筏架相比于直杆桁架式筏架具有更好的整体隔振性能,直杆桁架式筏架的隔振效果最大为57 dB,而螺旋杆桁架式筏架隔振效果最大可以达到74 dB。The structure of the raft is of great significance to the vibration isolation performance of the floating raft isolation system.Because of its good vibration isolation performance, the truss structure has a wide range of applications in the structural design of the raft.Through the vibration analysis of the rod with different length, the influence rule of the rod length on the vibration transmission is obtained.On this basis, a truss with spiral rods is raised, and the vibration analysis and structure optimization are carried out.Finally, a kind of truss raft with spiral bars is designed and the simulation analysis and experimental study are carried out.The results show that truss raft with spiral rods has better vibration isolation performance than truss raft with straight rods.The maximum vibration isolation effect of truss raft with straight rods is 57 dB, and the maximum vibration isolation effect of truss raft with spiral rods can reach 74 dB.
