摘 要:在总结国内外铺管法现状和管道张力计算方法的基础上,通过对S型铺管法和J型铺管法水下形态的研究,应用悬链线理论,对REEL型铺管法的铺设形态和管道张力进行了研究,总结了不同水深以及入水角度下,管道铺设形态以及张力的变化规律。提出了针对REEL型海底管道铺设其铺设角度对管道张力的影响,为REEL型管道铺设的实际工程运用提供了技术性意见,为日后我国REEL型管道铺设装备的自主研发提供了理论依据。On the basis of summarizing the current situation of pipeline laying method at home and the calculation method of pipe tension, the underwater form of S-laying method and J-laying method are studied, and the catenary theory is applied to the REEL-type pipe laying method. The laying form and pipe tension were studied, and the variation of pipe laying pattern and tension under different water depths and inlet angles was summarized. The influence of the laying angle of the REEL-type submarine pipeline on the pipeline tension is put forward, which provides technical advice for the actual engineering application of tile REEL-type pipeline laying, which provides a theoretical basis for the independent research and development of the REEL-type pipeline laying equipment in China.
