摘　　要：某转盘液压驱动装置将常规转盘的链条驱动和电动机驱动改成了低速大转矩马达直接驱动,采用先进的闭式液压系统,通过电液控制阀组实现司钻房远程控制。液压马达带有驻车制动器,可平衡地层对钻柱形成的反转矩。同时考虑液压马达选用双速控制,实现功率的合理利用。该装置省去了链条盒和减速箱,极大地节省了空间和质量,同时又具有良好的低速特性和远程控制特性,适用于各类钻修机的使用。The chain and motor drive of a conventional rotary drive device of rotary table are transformed into a low-speed high-torque motor for direct drive. The advanced closed hydraulic system is used to realize remote control of the drill room through the electro-hydraulic control valve group. The hydraulic motor has a parking brake that balances the countertorque of the formation against the drill string. At the same time, it is considered that the hydraulic motor uses two-speed control to achieve reasonable utilization of power. The chain ease and the reduction box are removed, which greatly saves space and weight, and has good low speed characteristics and remote control characteristics. This device is suitable for use with all types of drills.
