摘  要:某产品在作用可靠性交验时失效,弹头未作用,回收发现尾管呈纵向开裂后仍套装在发射嚣上。针对开裂的尾管进行断口分析、微观观察、原材料分析,并对靶场试验环节进行分析。确定开裂原因属材料存在原始缺陷,致使尾管强度降低,导致尾管在射击试验过程中发生开裂。A product fails when the function reliability is checked. The warhead does not work. After the recovery, the tail pipe is longitudinally cracked and is still placed on the launching raft. We perform fracture analysis, microscopic observation, raw material analysis for the cracked tail pipe, and analyze the shooting field test. It is determined that the cause of cracking is that the material has original defects, which causes the strength of the tail pipe to decrease, resulting in cracking of the tail pipe during the shooting test.
