摘  要:针对某容器锥形筒体,对比分析"喇叭口形"与"米斗形"两种锻造成形方式的优缺点,选择了"喇叭口形"锻造成形方式。通过计算得到扩孔出成品前坯料轮廓尺寸,优化锻造工艺,成功锻造出锥形筒体。Regarding to the conical shell of a vessel, advantages and disadvantages of two forging formation manners of horn shape and funnel shape have been compared and analyzed, finally the forging formation manner of horn shape has been selected. Billet profile size before finish products processed by chambering has been worked out, which optimized forging process to produce conical shell successfully.
