摘　　要：农村居民小额信贷担保基金设立的基本目的是解决农村居民贷款难的问题,为农村居民的生产发展提供保障。通过对广东梅州市蕉岭县农村居民小额信贷担保基金的实地调查,分析其实施成效,发现其存在的问题,并据以提出相关政策建议。The basic purpose of setting up the rural residents＇ micro-credit guarantee fund is to solve the rural residents＇ difficulty in getting loans and provide a guarantee for rural residents＇ production and development. Based on the investigation of the rural residents＇ micro-credit guarantee fund in Jiaoling County, Meizhou City, Guangdong Province, this article mainly focuses on analyzing the effectiveness of implementation, discovering the existing problems and putting forward to policy suggestions.
