摘 要:针对12 mm厚Fe-Mn-Al-C系低密度钢热轧试验板,采用半自动MIG焊接工艺,焊接材料选用奥氏体不锈钢焊丝,对低密度钢的焊接性进行试验研究,重点考察低密度钢的焊接抗裂性、焊接工艺性及接头力学性能。结果表明:在纯氩保护气氛条件下,低密度钢同种材料的焊接具有良好的可焊性和优良的焊接抗裂性;焊接接头平均抗拉强度为750.7MPa,平均断后伸长率为11.0%。The welding experiment of 12 mm thickness Fe-Mn-Al-C low density steel plate was carried out through semi-automatic MIG welding,and the austenitic stainless solder wire was used as the welding material. The welding crack sensitivity,weldability and mechanical properties of welded joints were evaluated and studied. Results show that Fe-Mn-Al-C low density steel possesses good weldability and excellent crack resistance under the condition of pure argon protection. The average tensile strength and elongation of welded joints are 750.7 MPa and 11.0%,respectively
