摘  要:用制备的铜基Cu-Mn-Cr-Fe-Co-Ni药芯焊丝进行TA1-Q235B异种金属接头TIG焊接试验。用SEM观察接头的显微组织、金属间化合物的分布形态,并借助EDS和XRD分析接头的相组成。结果表明:制备的药芯焊丝均能实现TA1-TA1和Q235B-Q235B对接接头的焊接连接,但是TA1-Q235B对接接头在焊后即刻断裂,而搭接接头可在室温稳定存在;TA1-TA1对接接头由细小的α-Ti+CuTi_2共析组织构成,Q235B-Q235B对接接头由富Cu和富Fe固溶体(s,s)组成;TA1-Q235B搭接接头钛一侧界面主要由β-Ti(s,s)+Fe Ti+Cu Ti+CuTi_2组成,焊缝由Cu(s,s)+Fe_2Ti+Fe Ti+Cu0.5Fe0.5Ti组成,钢一侧界面主要由Fe_2Ti+Fe(s,s)+Cu(s,s)组成;TA1-TA1对接接头的抗拉强度达到280 MPa,Q235B-Q235B为450 MPa。The fabricated copper based Cu-Mn-Cr-Fe-Co-Ni metallic powder flux-cored wire was used to weld TA1-Q235 B joints with TIG welding method. The microstructures and intermetallics of the joints were observed by SEM. The phase constituents in the welded joints were analyzed by EDS and XRD. The results show that TA1-TA1,Q235 B-Q235 B butt welded joints and TA1-Q235 B lap welded joints are free from cracks,while severe cracks are observed in TA1-Q235 B butt welded joint. Ultrafine lamellar α-Ti and CuTi2 eutectoids are formed in the TA1-TA1 butt welded joint. Q235 B-Q235 B butt welded joint is consisted of Cu and Fe rich solid solution(s,s). For the TA1-Q235 B lap welded joint,TA1 side interface is consisted of β-Ti(s,s)+Fe Ti+CuTi+ CuTi2 intermetallics,the welds are composed of Cu(s,s),Fe Ti,Fe2Ti and Cu0.5 Fe0.5 Ti,and Q235 B side interface is composed of Fe2Ti+Fe(s,s)+Cu(s,s). The ultimate strength of TA1-TA1 and Q235 B-Q235 B butt welded joints is 280 MPa and450 MPa,respectively.
