摘  要:用三七渣与稀土渣进行高强韧Cr-Ni-Mo-V合金钢电渣重熔工艺试验。通过6炉试验钢对两种渣系电渣重熔进行对比,研究高强韧Cr-Ni-Mo-V合金钢在电渣重熔过程中氧含量的控制和钢中氧含量对钢力学性能的影响。结果表明:稀土渣系添加脱氧剂的工艺可以有效控制电渣过程中的氧含量;钢中相对氧的质量分数变化10%左右,对强度的影响约为24 MPa,对冲击功的影响不大。The electroslag remelting of high strength and toughness Cr-Ni-Mo-V alloy steel was carried out by using 37 slag and rare earth slag. The effect of electroslag remelting of two kinds of slag system was compared through 6 furnace tests. Controlling oxygen content in the high strength and toughness Cr-Ni-Mo-V alloy steel during electroslag remelting and the influence of oxygen content in steel on the mechanical properties of steel were studied. The results show that the oxygen content in the electroslag process can be effectively controlled by the process of adding deoxidizer of the rare-earth slag system. The change of relative oxygen content in the steel is about 10%,which has an effect on strength of about 24 MPa,but has little effect on the impact energy.
