摘　　要：目的通过评估晚期上皮性卵巢癌患者生命质量及情绪,探讨影响卵巢癌患者生命质量的因素。方法采用卵巢癌患者生命质量测评量表(FACT-O)及汉密尔顿焦虑量表对83例晚期患者的生命质量及相关影响因素进行分析。结果晚期卵巢癌患者在诊治1年后,其情感、生理等障碍比治疗时明显缓解,并受年龄,宗教信仰,是否复发等因素的影响(P <0.05),而患者的焦虑情绪对总体生活质量无明显影响(P> 0.05)。结论全方位评估卵巢癌患者的生存质量有助于了解病程转归和治疗结局,有针对性地改善患者的生存质量可能使临床获益。Objective To evaluate the quality of life and emotions in patients with advanced epithelial ovarian cancer, and to explore the factors affecting the quality of life in patients with ovarian cancer. Methods The quality of life of 83 patients with advanced ovarian cancer and its related factors were analyzed by FACT-O and Hamilton Anxiety Scale. Results One year after diagnosis and treatment, the emotional and physiological disorders of patients with advanced ovarian cancer were significantly alleviated, and were influenced by age, religious belief, recurrence and other factors（P 〈 0.05）, while the anxiety of patients had no significant impact on the overall quality of life（P 〉0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive evaluation of the quality of life of ovarian cancer patients is helpful to understand the course of disease and treatment outcomes, targeted improvement of the quality of life of patients may benefit the clinical.
