摘　　要：目的探讨围术期优质护理对外科手术患者术前恐惧、术后并发症及护理满意度的影响。方法选择2016年1～12月期间在我院进行外科手术治疗的320例患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组各160例。对照组患者实行围术期常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理基础上实行围术期优质护理。比较两组患者术前恐惧、术后并发症、满意度等情况。结果观察组术前恐惧发生情况较对照组轻微,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组医院环境舒适度、就医流程方便度、服务态度、规范程度、收费标准等方面满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论围术期优质护理对外科手术患者术前恐惧、术后并发症发生情况均有效控制,护理满意度明显提升。Objective To investigate the effect of perioperative high quality nursing on preoperative fear, postoperative eomplieations and nursing satisfaetion in patients with surgery. Methods Three hundred and twenty patients with surgery in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, 160 cases in each group. Control group was given perioperative routine nursing, while observation group was given perioperative high quality nursing based on control group. The preoperative fear, postoperative complications and satisfaetion were compared between the two groups. Results The preoperative fear of observation group was slighter than that of control group（P 〈 0.05）; The incidence of postoperative complications in observation group was lower than that in eontrol group（P 〈 0.05）; The Hospital environmental comfort, convenience of medical procedures, service attitude, standardization, charging standard in observation group were higher than those in eontrol group, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Perioperative high quality nursing in patients with surgery can effectively eontrol preoperative fear and postoperative complications, inerease the nursing satisfaction.
