锁定接骨板内固定治疗股骨远端骨折的疗效及其并发症发生情况

摘　　要：目的研究锁定接骨板内固定治疗股骨远端骨折的疗效,观察并发症发生情况。方法选取我本院收治的股骨远端骨折患者,根据双盲随机分组法分为两组,各45例。对照组、观察组分别采用L形加压钢板内固定术、锁定接骨板内固定治疗。将两组股骨远端骨折患者的临床效果、手术相关情况、并发症发生率、膝关节活动度、Neer评分进行比对。结果观察组股骨远端骨折患者的治疗优良率、治疗后的膝关节活动度和Neer评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);手术时间、术中出血量、骨折复位时间、术后引流量四项手术相关指标数据均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),并发症发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论锁定接骨板内固定术应用在股骨远端骨折患者的治疗中有效性和安全性均更高。Objective To study the curative effect of locking plate internal fixation in the treatment of distal femoral fractures and observe the occurrence of complications. Methods Ninety patients with distal femoral fractures in our hospital were selected as research object and divided into two groups according to the double blind random grouping method, 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with L shaped pressure steel, the observation group was treated with locking plate internal fixation. The clinical effects, the surgical related conditions, the incidence of complications, the degree of knee joint activity, and the Neer score in two groups of distal femoral fractures were compared. Results The excellent and good rate, the degree of knee joint activity and Neer score of the patients with distal femur fracture in the observation group were higher than those in the control group（P 〈 0.05）, the operative time, the amount of intraoperative bleeding, and the reduction time of fracture were lower in the observation group than those in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. The amount of postoperative drainage were less than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）, and the incidence of complications was lower than that of control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Locking plate internal fixation is more effective and safe in the treatment of distal femoral fractures.
