摘　　要：目的：探讨老年良性前列腺增生症患者自我效能现状及其影响因素。方法：采用描述性相关研究,使用一般资料调查表、健康行为能力自评量表和良性前列腺增生症患者生活质量量表修订版对372例老年良性前列腺增生症患者进行问卷调查。结果：老年良性前列腺增生症患者自我效能总分为（56.12±23.72）分,其得分率是50.10%,根据得分指标显示呈中等水平;营养、运动、心理调适和健康责任4个维度的得分率分别是49.7%、51.1%、45.2%、54.4%。影响其自我效能的主要因素有受教育程度（t=4.462,P〈0.01）、性生活次数（t=-4.441,P〈0.01）、人均月收入（t=2.770,P〈0.01）、与爱人关系（t=2.186,P〈0.05）、居住方式（t=2.154,P〈0.05）、有无吸烟饮酒习惯（t=-2.000,P〈0.05）。结论：老年良性前列腺增生症患者的自我效能处于中等水平,尚有提升空间。受教育程度、性生活次数、人均月收入、与爱人关系、居住方式、有无吸烟饮酒习惯是影响老年前列腺增生症患者自我效能的主要因素。Objective：To investigate the status and influencing factors of self-efficacy among the aged with benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods：The general information questionnaire,The Self-rated Abilities for Health Practices scale（SRAHP）and Revised Version of Qualitfy of Life Scale for Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia Patient（BPHQLS）was conducted on 372 cases of elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.Results：The total score of self-efficacy in elderly BPH patients was（56.12±23.72）points,and the scoring rate was 50.10%,according to the scoring index it showed a moderate level;The scores of nutrition,exercise,psychological adjustment and health responsibility were49.7%,51.1%,45.2%,54.4%,respectively.The main influencing factors include educational level（t=4.462,P〈0.01）,sexual life（t=-4.441,P〈0.01）,per capita monthly income（t=2.770,P〈0.01）,relationship with spouse（t=2.186,P〈0.05）,living style（t=2.154,P〈0.05）,smoking habit and drinking habit（t=-2.000,P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The main factors affecting the self-efficacy of the elderly patients with prostatic hyperplasia are the degree of education,the number of sexual lives,the monthly income per capita,the relationship with the lover,the way of living,and the habit of smoking and drinking.
