任务中期维和工兵心理弹性及影响因素

摘　　要：目的：探讨任务中期维和工兵心理弹性与心理应激、自我效能、应付方式的关系。方法：采用心理弹性问卷、军人心理应激自评问卷、一般自我效能感量表、应付方式问卷对113名任务中期维和工兵进行评估。结果：任务中期维和工兵心理弹性总分与已有相关研究无统计学意义差异（P〉0.05）;高、中、低心理弹性组心理应激、自我效能、不成熟应付得分有显著差异（F_（max）=32.383,P〈0.001;F_（min）=4.882,P〈0.01）,成熟应付、混合型应付得分无显著差异（P〉0.05）;坚韧性、力量、心理弹性总分与心理应激、不成熟应付、混合应付呈显著负相关（r_（max）=-0.444,P〈0.01;r_（min）=-0.187,P〈0.05）,与自我效能、成熟应付呈显著正相关（r_（max）=0.691,P〈0.01;r_（min）=0.252,P〈0.01）,乐观性与自我效能、成熟应付呈显著正相关（r_（max）=0.417,P〈0.01;r_（min）=0.201,P〈0.05）,与不成熟应付呈显著负相关（r=-0.286,P〈0.01）,与心理应激、混合型应付相关不显著（P〉0.05）;自我效能对心理弹性总分及3个因子有显著正向预测作用（F_（max）=101.277,P〈0.001;F_（min）=23.343,P〈0.001）,不成熟应付对心理弹性总分及3个因子有显著负向预测作用（F_（max）=-61.874,P〈0.001;F_（min）=-13.993,P〈0.05）。结论：任务中期维和工兵的心理弹性水平尚可,可通过提高自我效能、减少不成熟应付方式提升官兵的心理弹性水平,从而促进其任务期心理素质的前移。Objective：To analyze the relationship of resilience and psychological stress,general self-efficacy,coping style for peacekeeping military engineers during mid-mission.Methods：A total of 113 peacekeeping military engineers were evaluated with Resilience Scale,Psychological Stress Self-evaluated Test,General Self-efficacy Scale and Coping Style Questionnaire.Results：There were not obviously differences on the total score of resilience between peacekeeping military engineers during mid-mission and other studies（P〉0.05）;There were obviously differences on psychological stress,self-efficacy,immature coping style among high,medium and low group of resilience（F=4.882~32.383,P〈0.01）;There were not obviously difference on mature coping style and mixing coping style（P〈0.05）;Toughness,power,total scale of resilience were negatively correlated with psychological stress,immature coping style and mixing coping style（r=-0.444^-0.187,P〈0.05）,and were positively correlated with self-efficacy and mature coping style（r=0.252~0.691,P〈0.01）;Optimistic was positively correlated with self-efficacy and mature coping style（r=0.201~0.417,P〈0.05）,and was negatively correlated with immature coping style（r=-0.286,P〈0.01）,was not obviously correlated with psychological stress and mixing coping style（P〉0.05）;Selfefficacy could positively predict total scale of resilience and three factors（F=23.343~101.277,P〈0.001）,immature coping style could negatively predict total scale of resilience and three factors（F=-61.874^-13.993,P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Resilience of peacekeeping military engineers during mid-mission is well,we can improve resilience of peacekeeping military engineers during mid-mission by improving self-efficacy and reducing immature coping style,which can promote psychological quality during performing the task
