摘  要:ATP装置至2013年8月投产运行以来,先后对烟气冷却器、布袋除尘器、燃烧风机热风回流等主要设备进行了技术改造,使装置生产逐渐平稳、运行周期延长至3个月。但是在ATP炉热平衡研究方面,尤其是燃烧区供热不充足这一情况始终没有找到好的解决方案,不得不使用萨克燃烧器来保证燃烧区温度在750℃,进而保证页岩干馏温度在500℃。每天萨克燃烧器消耗的燃料油近30 t,造成严重的经济损失。如何遵循设计要求,使用页岩半焦中固定碳对燃烧区供热,降低或关闭萨克燃烧器,或是找到替代萨克燃烧器供热的方法,降低运行成本,是ATP工厂运行团队急需解决的问题。本文就如何解决ATP炉燃烧区供热不足进行原因分析,并提出了改造现有萨克燃烧器由烧油改烧气的方案,来解决这一问题。The technical modifications of flue gas cooler, bag-type dust remover, hot return air of combustion air fan and other major devices have been carried out since the ATP unit was put into service. Those modifications made the production be gradual steady, and the operation cycle was prolonged to 3 months. However, as for the thermal balance inside the ATP processor, there was still not an appropriate solution for the insufficient heat supply in combustion zone, therefore, saacke burner was used to ensure the temperature in combustion zone to be at 750 ℃, and then to ensure the retort temperature of oil shale to reach 500 ℃. The amount of the fuel oil consumed by the burners was nearly 30 tons everyday, which caused a heavy economic burden for our plant. An urgent problem for our ATP operation team is how to abide by the design requirements and provide heat to combustion zone with the fixed carbon in shale semicokes,reduce the saacke burners' opening or close them completely, or find alternative methods to replace the saacke burners to provide heat. In this paper, the seasons of insufficient heat supply inside the combustion zone of ATP processor were analyzed, and then countermeasures were put forward.
