摘　　要：近一段时间,三大国有石油企业相继召开高层会议,学习贯彻习近平总书记有关保障国家能源安全的重要批示,专题研究部署提升国内油气勘探开发力度,努力保障国家能源安全等工作。中国石油确定了坚持国内勘探开发业务＂优先发展＂战略定位,制定了切实可行的针对性措施,保持高强度稳定投入,全力以赴增储增产增效。中国石化确定了＂抓住油价回升机遇,大力推进高效勘探、效益开发,加大原油效益复产力度,积极推进常规非常规天然气大规模商业化发展,全力以赴保障国家能源安全”的战略思路。In recent years, the three major state-owned oil enterprises have convened high-level meetings one after another to study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on safeguarding national energy security and to deploy special research projects to enhance domestic oil and gas exploration and development. Efforts will be made to ensure national energy security and other work.Where is the breakthrough in oil and gas exploration and development? What does the discovery of a billion tonnage conglomerate in Mahu depression of Junggar Basin mean to China's oil and gas industry? With the deterioration of oil and gas resources becoming more and more serious, the oil and gas enterprises how to aim at restricting the bottleneck of production, grasp the balance between output and cost, and make use of the innovation of theory and technology to play the role of high quality storage and production new movement in upstream field. Therefore, PetroChina held an exploration conference in the form of basin discussion for the first time. Academicians and experts come to, ask questions, offer advice, go deep into large basins such as Songliao, Bohai Bay, Sichuan, Chaidamu, Ordos, Junggar and so on, systematically sort out the present exploration situation, the bottleneck problems faced and the solutions to these basins. Identify the next exploration direction.
