摘  要:为了开展黏弹夹层结构的老化状态性能研究,结合实际需求,设计了一种典型黏弹夹层结构的实验装置,并结合应用实例,解释了该实验装置的应用。该实验装置不仅可以实现自由条件和约束条件下的激励实验和模态分析,而且方便实现夹层结构接触面形状、黏弹性材料层数的不同,可以模拟含有双层或单层黏弹性材料的球面、平面或锥面夹层结构,方便更换黏弹性材料,可以通过更换不同老化天数的黏弹性材料模拟夹层结构的不同老化状态,具有预紧力调整和检测功能,方便径向传感器的布置,为研究黏弹夹层结构的老化状态性能提供了有效的实验基础。In order to carry out the aging state performance study of viscoelastic sandwich structure, a typical experimental device of viscoelastic sandwich structure based on actual demand is designed, and the application of the experimental device combined with embodiment is explained. This experimental device not only can realize motivate experiment and modal analysis under freedom conditions and constrained conditions, but also achieves the differences of interface shape and viscoelastic material layer of sandwich structure conveniently, and thus spherical, plane or cone sandwich structure including double-layer or single-layer viscoelastic material can be simulated. In addition, it is convenient to replace viscoelastic material, and thus the different aging states of sandwich structure can be simulated by changing the viscoelastic material with different aging days. Furthermore, this experimental device has pre-tightening force adjustment and testing functions and makes it is easy to decorate radial sensors. Providing effective experimental basis for the aging state performance research of viscoelastic sandwich structure.
