摘 要:大型破碎机锤头采用单一的高锰钢为主体材料,在锤头易磨损部位安放耐磨柱,该耐磨柱采用自蔓延合成材料与高铬铸铁棒复合制作,然后经消失模铸造将耐磨柱与锤头本体形成锤头。由于有自蔓延合成材料的加入,其耐磨柱中的高铬铸铁棒、自蔓延合成材料与高锰钢三者冶金结合牢固,较好地解决了大型的破碎机锤头高锰钢材质不耐磨的问题。A single high manganese steel is used as the main material for the hammer head of a large crusher,and the wear-resistant column is placed on the easy parts of the hammer. The wear resistant column is made of self propagating synthetic material and high chromium cast iron rod. Then the wear resistant column and hammer head body are formed by lost foam casting. Because of the addition of self propagating synthetic materials,the high chromium cast iron rods in the wear resistant columns, the self propagating synthetic materials and the three high manganese steels are firmly bonded together. The problem of high manganese steel material wear resistance of large crusher hammers is better solved.
