摘  要:矿车是矿山的主要运输设备之一,在矿车加工制作工程中,因轮对结构复杂,装配工序较多,费工费时,为减轻劳动强度,提高装配工效,设计了一种新型全自动矿车轮对压装机,压装机采用卧式结构,通过两端顶杆油缸固定,两端中空油缸对称压装,通过电液控制,实现矿车轮、轴承、轴一体全自动化装配。As the main transportation equipment of mine,in the mining car processing and manufacturing project, because of the complex structure of wheelset, the assembly process is more and more time-consuming,in order to reduce the labor intensity and improve the assembly efficiency,designed a new type of fully automatic mine wheel pressing machine,which adopts horizontal structure,fixed oil cylinder at both ends of the rod,symmetrical pressure mounting of hollow oil cylinder at both ends,and realized fully automatic assembly of mine wheel,bearing and shaft by electro-hydraulic control.
