摘　　要：新大地煤业副斜井目前安装有JK-2.5/30X型单滚筒缠绕式提升机1台,提升机最大提升能力不能满足最大件(一次采全高开采设备)提升要求,滚筒与钢丝绳直径之比不满足《煤矿安全规程》要求,提升机液压制动系统没有并联冗余的回油通路。经研究在现有提升机房东侧新建一座提升机房,为矿井提升提供安全、高效、可靠的辅助提升系统。A JK-2.5/30 X single drum winding hoist is currently installed in the sub-inclined well of Xindadi coal industry. The maximum lifting capacity of the existing hoist isn＇t satisfied with the requirements for the lifting of the largest one（full high mining equipment）,the ratio of the drum to the diameter of the steel wire ropes aren＇t satisfied with the requirements of the Coal Mine Safety Regulations and the hydraulic braking system of the hoist does not have parallel redundancy. Oil return path. After the study,it was decided to build a new upgrade room on the east side of the existing upgrade room. Provide safe, efficient and reliable auxiliary lifting system for mine lifting.
