急倾斜中厚煤层综采工作面煤矸飞窜防护装置的研究与应用

摘　　要：针对急倾斜中厚煤层综采工作面煤矸飞窜对人员、设备的安全威胁,严重制约生产效率的问题。通过走向长壁俯伪斜开采方式,增设液压支架煤矸防飞装置,有效地避免了飞煤矸下滑飞窜对煤壁侧、支架尾部、支架行人通道及采煤机机道等部位人员及设备造成的安全威胁。提高了安全系数,减少了生产影响,取得了较好的经济和社会效益。In view of the safety threat of coal gangue flying to the personnel and equipment in the fully mechanized mining face of steep medium thick coal seam, the problem of production efficiency is seriously restricted. The safety threat to the personnel and equipment of the coal wall side, the rear end of the support, the pedestrian passage of the support and the shearer and other parts of the coal gangue is effectively avoided by adding the hydraulic support to prevent the fly coal gangue. The safety factor has been increased, the influence of production has been reduced, and better economic and social benefits have been achieved.
