摘 要:为解决滚动轴承在变转速工况下的频率谱模糊及强噪声工况下的微弱故障信息提取问题,提出基于EEMD和DT-CWT相结合的故障特征分离法。首先应用阶次跟踪技术将非平稳的时域信号转化为平稳的角域信号,再运用EEMD技术对角域信号进行预处理,应用互相关与峭度准则提取有效的IMF分量,最后对IMF分量进行DT-CWT降噪,分析降噪后的角域信号阶次谱,能够有效提取特征阶比。通过实验验证了该方法的有效性,为实际滚动轴承在非稳定运行时的微弱故障识别提供参考。To solve the frequency spectrum in the working condition of variable speed of the rolling bearing and extracting its weak fault information in the fuzzy noise conditions, the method which based on EEMD and DT-CWT for separating the fault characteristics is came up. First order tracking technology is applied to convert the non-stationary time domain signal to the stationary angular domain signal,then the stationary angular domain signal is pre-processed by the EEMD technology, cross-correlation and kurtosis criterion are used for extracting the effective components of the IMF,finally DT-CWT technology is applied to decrease the noise of the IMF component, the Angular domain signal after noise reduction will be analyzed by order spectrum analysis. it can effectively extract the features. The effectiveness of the method is verified by experiments, which provides a reference for identifying the weak fault of the actual rolling bearing in the unstable operation.
