剖宫产术后急性假性结肠梗阻患者的护理体会

摘　　要：为总结剖宫产术后急性假性结肠梗阻(又称Ogilvie's综合征)患者的护理经验,提出系统的护理方案,以供临床护理参考,笔者对6例剖宫产术后发生急性假性结肠梗阻的患者资料进行分析,对护理措施进行归纳总结:保证胃肠减压效果、禁食、严密观察病情、维持水电解质平衡、做好心理护理、继续母乳喂养、早期下床活动、做好饮食指导等。结果显示,经过精心护理,患者均保守治疗成功。结果表明,剖宫产术后急性假性结肠梗阻除了早诊断、早处理外,精心护理也很重要。To summarize the experience of nursing on patient＇s Ogilvie＇s syndome（i.e acut pseudo-obstruc- tion of the colon） after cesarean,and iput forward systemic nursing project, so as to provide reference to clinical nursing,author analyzed 6 case＇s data,induction and summarize the nursing following measures：en- sure gastro-intestinal decompression, efficacy,absolute diet fast closely observe condition, maintain hydro- electrolytic equilibrum, do well mental nursing, continuously being breast feeding, early to ambulate, make good of diet introduction, etc. As results, author find that owning meticulous nursing, above 6 patients all acheived successful treatment outcome.Results show that except for early diagnosis and management me- ticulous nursing also is very important,
