摘  要:硝酸盐自然循环回路(Nitrate Natural Circulation Loop, NNCL)是研究熔盐堆非能动余热排出技术的实验平台,通过熔盐非能动循环和风冷通道内的空气自然对流将热量排至大气。研究熔盐-空气热交换器风冷通道内的流场特性,可以深入了解NNCL自然循环的建立过程及有效性。采用数值模拟方法对NNCL熔盐-空气热交换器的风冷通道内的空气速度场和温度场分布进行研究,分析不同时刻风冷通道内的流场特性,获得了风门不同开启程度条件下,风冷通道内的温度场和速度场分布及变化规律。研究结果表明:NNCL的空气流道在风门开启后,可以很好地形成空气自然循环,并使换热器形成熔盐自然循环,带走热量。本研究弥补了NNCL流场分布实验条件的不足,为NNCL自然循环建立的有效性和稳定性提供了参考依据。[Background] The application of passive safety systems can contribute to security and possibly reduce spending target of new nuclear power plant designs. Analysis methods and design must be employed to ensure that the systems perform their intended functions. [Purpose] This study aims to analyze the natural circulation of air inside the air cooling channel of molten salt-air heat exchanger in the nitrate natural circulation loop(NNCL). [Methods] Numerical simulation was employed to study the heat transfer performance by the FLUNT6.3 software. Both the air velocity field and distribution of temperature field were studied to analyze the characteristics of flow fields inside the air-cooled channel of molten salt-air heat exchanger. [Results] The distribution graph of velocity field and temperature field under various operating conditions was made into charts and graphics. The transient distribution variation rules of different sections are obtained. The results are approximately consistent with the record summarized by optical fiber measurement. [Conclusions] The results show that the molten salt-air heat exchanger of air cooling channel can form good natural circulation and take away the heat. It provides a theoretical basis for the operation and transformation of the air-cooled channel.
