网格化教学设计课程“自由基聚合中的引发剂”

摘  要:自由基聚合生产工艺基础是《聚合物制备工程》课程中非常重要的一章,主要涉及本体聚合、乳液聚合、悬浮聚合、溶液聚合四种聚合方法,而引发剂的选择和利用将极大地影响这四种聚合的效果。正确掌握引发剂的种类、特性、动力学过程以及不同种类引发剂在不同聚合反应中的选择规则,对于控制自由基聚合非常重要。但是由于引发剂种类繁多,且特性各不相同,学生在理解和记忆时往往会出现偏差,最终在实际生产中导致聚合失败。本文将利用网格化的教学方法,帮助学生建立引发剂的记忆网格。本着循序渐进与“高难度高速度”相结合的原则,利用网格化的课程设计,通过精心的“导课”,深入浅出的“正课”以及探索求知的“结课”,将繁杂的内容通过网格呈现给学生,并将复杂的动力学公式,分解成简单容易理解的基本方程呈现给学生,克服学生在学习过程中的畏难情绪,促进学生发挥主观能动性,实现“生本课堂”的教学理念。The free radical polymerization process is a very important chapter in the course of "Polymer Preparation Engineering", mainly involving bulk polymerization, emulsion polymerization, suspension polymerization and solution polymerization. The selection and utilization of initiators will greatly affect the effect of these four kinds of polymerization. It is important to control the free radical polymerization by correctly understanding the kinds, characteristics, kinetics processes and the selection rules of different initiators in different polymerization reactions. However, due to a wide variety of initiators and different characteristics, students often deviate from understanding and memory, resulting in polymerization failure in the actual production. This paper will use the grid teaching method to help students build up the memory grid of initiator. The complexity of the content is presented to students through grid curriculum design. And the complex dynamics formula is decomposed into simple and understandable basic variables to the students. The students will overcome the fear of difficulty in the learning process. We can promote subjective initiative of students who are the main characters in the class.
